Free 20 minute phone consultation
Not really sure if a sleep class is right for you and your baby? Please feel free to give me a call and we can decide if a sleep class is really right for you and your child.
Teach Me: $250
1-2 hour class for expectant parents and parents with infants under four months.
* After this course you will be equipped with the knowledge and tools to teach your newborn/infant to form healthy sleep patterns.
Teach Me + 1 Month: $350
1-2 hour class for expectant parents and parents with infants under four months plus one month of follow up phone calls and text messages.
* Total of four 20 minute phone calls and unlimited text messages (within reason). You can also choose when your month starts!
Teach Me + 2 Months: $450
1-2 hour class for expectant parents and parents with infants under four months plus two months of follow up phone calls and text messages.
* Total of eight 20 minute phone calls and unlimited text messages (within reason). You can also choose when your month starts!
Troubleshooting Chat: $150
45 minute-1 hour phone conversation. We will discuss you current situation and come up with a solution and plan of action. This class is designed for parents who don't need a full class and handouts.
*You'll also get two 15 minute follow up calls (whenever you choose).
Sleep Solution ** For 6 months and older ** $350
1.5 - 2 hour class for parents with infants over 5 months. 5 quick morning check-in calls the first 5 mornings you begin sleep training. Unlimited text messages for a month (within reason). Two 20 minute follow up phone calls whenever you want to call.
* This class is for parents needing a change to their current sleeping situation. After our initial class, you will get a detailed guide to use as you begin your journey to healthy sleep habits.
